About the event

The workshop on "Children's Active Play and Motor Skill Development" is conducted by Motor Skill Learning Academy, Switzerland and is hosted by Tot Town Childcare Inc and Kaleido Education. This workshop is specifically designed to equip educators with the knowledge and practical tools to enhance the motor skill development of young learners through active play.

The workshop will be conducted by Dominique Chiquet, Founder and Director of the Motor Skill Learning Academy in Switzerland. With over 20 years of experience in the field of motor skill development, Mr. Chiquet is a renowned expert and has worked with numerous schools and organizations globally. His expertise and innovative approach make him the ideal facilitator for this workshop.

During the workshop, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of motor skill development in early childhood and its impact on overall child development. They will learn practical and effective strategies to promote motor skill development through active play. The workshop will include demonstrations of over 100 games and activities that can be incorporated into the classroom to engage students in physical activity while fostering their motor skills.

In addition to the workshop, attendees will receive one-year access to the Motor Skill Curriculum developed by the Motor Skill Learning Academy. This comprehensive curriculum provides educators with a wide range of resources, including lesson plans, activity ideas, and assessments, to support the integration of motor skill development in their teaching practices.

By attending this workshop, your educators will gain valuable insights and techniques to enhance the motor skill development of their students. The workshop will empower them to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that promotes physical fitness, cognitive growth, and overall well-being.

Furthermore, the workshop provides a unique opportunity for educators from international schools to network and collaborate with their peers. It is a platform to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn from each other's experiences in promoting active play and motor skill development.
